Gavin has over 15 years of experience in US Banking & Real Estate Capital Markets. Over the course of his career, he has held Senior roles in Anglo Irish Bank, Eastern Bank & most recently HSBC Bank in Boston.
His experience and knowledge spans Loan Origination, Asset Management as well as Workout & Restructuring. Having spent the past 10 years in Boston, Gavin has also worked in both New York & Chicago, assisting in the establishment of new lending platforms in these markets. Gavin joined the Boston office of ECP in 2017 with a specific focus on Underwriting and Origination.
