About us

Earlsfort Capital Partners was founded in 2014 by Fergal Feeney and Paul Brophy, both real estate executives with over 25 years experience each in real estate, banking and debt capital markets.

ECP was the first post financial crisis firm to establish a lending platform in the Irish market. We provide timely feedback and a solution-based approach to our financing structures. Our experienced team coupled with our flat organization structure enables us to remain flexible and responsive to our clients.
