John is a Commercial Real Estate Finance and Asset Management specialist, with over 20-years’ experience in the Irish and UK markets, in both debt and equity positions. John joined Earlsfort Capital in 2017 and is responsible for Loan Origination, Risk Management, Underwriting and Loan Structuring.
Prior to joining Earlsfort Capital, John was a key advisor to the Family Office of a multi billionaire Investor as the Head of Banking and Real Estate Finance, successfully sourcing, negotiating and closing over £1BN of debt in support of the Group’s £2BN expansion into UK Real Estate investment, and enhancing the operational effectiveness and asset management strategies in several of the Group’s private operating companies. John has a Bachelor of Commerce, Economics Degree from the University of Natal, South Africa.
