Kevin serves as a Director at Earlsfort US and is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing commercial real estate debt investments across the capital stack. Most recently, Kevin served as Senior Vice President and Boston CRE Market Manager at U.S. Bank, where he managed a team responsible for a $3.0 billion portfolio encompassing construction and term loans, subscription-secured credit facilities, and unsecured lines of credit. Prior to being elevated to this position, Kevin was the Senior Relationship Manager in Boston and was responsible for the origination of $2.5 billion in loans.
Kevin’s 20 years of experience in commercial real estate banking and capital markets across Boston and New York also included time at HSBC, Admirals Bank, Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank, and Anglo Irish Bank.
Kevin graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He currently serves as the President of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) in Boston, MA.
