James is involved in the Financing and Asset Management side of the business and heads up the Asset Management Team of Earlsfort Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate Lending experience primarily focused in the Irish and UK market. Prior to joining Earlsfort he worked at Kennedy Wilson, London for 4 years, where he was a key player in their NPL acquisition and workout team acquiring and financing loans in excess of €1bn covering the Irish, UK and Spanish markets. Previous to this he worked at Anglo Irish Bank, London for 9 years where he had a specific focus on new business while he managed a book of £1.5bn commercial loan book across all property sectors in the UK. He holds an honours Bachelor in Financial Services.
