About us

ECP was founded in 2014 by joint Managing Directors Fergal Feeney and Paul Brophy; both experienced finance executives with 30 years experience in real estate, banking and debt capital markets.

ECP was the first post financial crisis firm to establish an alternative lending platform in the Irish market. ECP has continually led the market in providing professional and bespoke financial solutions to our high quality client base. We provide timely feedback and a flexible, results-based approach to our financing structures.

Our team is comprised of experienced finance professionals, with a deep knowledge of both the CRE and Debt Capital Markets. Our flat organizational structure enables us to remain flexible and responsive to our clients.
