Paul is a Founding Partner of ECP and Joint Managing Director with Fergal Feeney. In his role as MD he oversees the management of the business with a specific focus on Credit and Funding. He has over 25 years of CRE Debt Capital Markets experience and has been US based since 2000. Prior to Earlsfort he ran US operations for a European based Family Office overseeing over $1BN in acquisitions, financings and asset sales. Paul also spent 17 years with Anglo Irish Bank where he was Head of the Bank's NY office and oversaw over $8BN of originations.
